This class incorporates Chinese medicine with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. It stretches the connective tissues and releases mind-body tension, bringing the nervous system into a state of healing.

Naya Flow Yoga Studio was co-founded by Andreina and Joanna, with a shared vision of creating a peaceful space where individuals could find balance, wellness, and community through yoga and mindfulness. Today, Naya Flow is fully owned and operated by Andreina, whose passion for guiding others on their wellness journey continues to shape the heart of the studio.
With classes ranging from Vinyasa and Yin Yoga to Sound Healing and Meditation, Naya Flow offers a welcoming environment for all, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Andreina’s commitment to nurturing both mind and body ensures that each student feels supported and inspired on their personal path to growth and well-being.
"Joanna's "spicy" vinyasa class speaks to us on both a physical but fun and emotional level to keep us engaged and dedicated to our practice. Her style of teaching and willingness to bring her own emotion and life experience- as well as making you feel welcome to each class has us connected with the studio on a whole other level. We leave class refreshed, centered, focused, and looking forward to continuing to grow in our practice with her and our yoga family."
"When you go to Cynthia's Hatha class, the scent of freshly burned sage tells you the studio has been cleansed and is ready for your energy as you settle into the mat. Should you find yourself struggling in a posture, rest assured she will be by your side while being respectful of your space. She is a genuine yogi and an overall beautiful person which the world needs more of".
"Years ago, I began my yoga journey with Andreina, who introduced me to Kundalini. I am forever grateful to her for this life-changing experience. She is not only a great instructor but also a wonderful person. I can't wait for her new studio to open!"
"What keeps me coming back to class, is the progress that I experience not only in class but off the mat in my daily life. Vinyasa is a freeing feeling where your body is glowing from inside out and you feel a deep connection and satisfaction."
"It's the spiritual connection for me. Vinyasa makes me feel energetic, like it's me against the World. Hatha with Lydia balances my mind and spirit because I find the practice to be a perfect balance between postures and breath. Through my yoga practice I've experienced benefits in stress reduction, mental clarity, and physical strength."

All our teachers are registered with the Yoga Alliance, insured, and experienced. Naya Yoga Flow will become a Yoga Alliance School by Fall 2024.
We will offer a Yoga Immersion program with the option to get certified with the Yoga Alliance as a yoga teacher.
Our approach is simple, not everyone wishes to become a teacher and a lot of students simply want to deepen their yoga practice, yoga philosophy background, and thoroughly immerse in a yogic lifestyle. The curriculum will be the same as the yoga teacher path, however, those who wish to become teachers will have a more rigorous curriculum for their Yoga Teacher Training to cover all the necessary areas in compliance with the Yoga Alliance, and will also go through three practicum classes for the community. We believe in elevating yoga teacher standards to honor the Yogic Path.
Please email us any questions you may have.
All our teachers are Yoga Alliance certified. Every teacher is required to log in their teaching hours with Yoga Alliance, this is very telling of their commitment to teach responsibly and their devotion to the teacher path. We have teachers with designations of 200 training hours, 200+ hours of teaching experience, and 500+ hours of teaching experience. Our most experienced teachers are YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Providers) and are qualified to provide workshops and certifications.
Retreats are our passion! We offer private retreats (tailored to a group), local group retreats, domestic group retreats, and our absolute favorite: international retreats! Can't wait to travel for wellness with you!
